As we care for each other on an individual basis, we begin to care for the world. By using products that are earth friendly, organic, and pure, we find this gives a basis for health and wellness. Our skills and nuturing touch then add to your experience as we find opportunities to give back to the community. We care for each other, our guests, and our community in this way.

Massage, facials, reflexology, foot soaks, paraffin treatments, body wraps, and deep exfoliating scrubs. Each service we provide gives an added health benefit. Memberships to our spa are available and offer our services for a greater value.

We now live in a world where deciding the right skin care is difficult because of being bombarded by eye catching packaging. Here at Essential Living we offer products that are in harmony with the earth and with our bodies.
We don't use products with Parabens, Animal Products, Dimethicone, Propylene Glycol, TEA (Triethanolamine) or Ureas and recommend to our guests not to use them either. These can be very dangerous to us.

Please feel free call and make an appointment for any of our spa treatments. Groups can only be scheduled by a Spa Concierge over the phone.
Upon arriving, you will be asked for your completed
Health History and given a tour of our spa. You'll then be taken through a journey of different aromas so that one can be chosen that suits your needs.

Oils are dropped onto the back from a height of 6 inches feeling like raindrops. The therapist then massages the oil into the skin with light, feathering strokes to awaken your neural pathways. Warm towels are then draped onto your back to allow enhance penetration of the oils. A second application of oils is drizzled onto the back giving a deeper massage to release muscle tension and balance the system. The oils are also applied to the feet with Reflexology.
